Who are we?
We are a team of 19 scientific investigators across 5 academic institutions, and industry and outreach partners looking to making transformative technologies for a safe, equitable food supply for all. Our decision support system with innovative sensors allows large poultry manufacturer and multi-sectoral stakeholders to make data-driven decisions for safe, equitable, efficient, resilient food systems by rapidly detecting and predicting pathogen contamination, identifying inequities for vulnerable populations, and mitigating threats to the food supply chain.
